3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or local charges as per the destination country's regulations.
  • For select destinations, customs duties may be included in the product price up to specific order value thresholds, where applicable.
  • Any duties, taxes, or charges imposed beyond such thresholds must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
  • VAT/GST may still apply even when customs duty is exempt, as per local laws.
  • Any changes in customs rules, tax slabs, or government policies are beyond the control of Latest Labels.
  • Latest Labels is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing times may increase during high-volume or promotional periods.
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. Tracking Information

Once dispatched, customers will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details via email or WhatsApp

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
  • Latest Labels is not liable for:
    • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • Non-delivery resulting from inaccurate details
  • Any re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

7. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Non-payment of customs duties or taxes

➡️ Shipping charges will not be refunded.
➡️ Re-shipment will require payment of shipping charges again.

8. Split Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages based on availability or logistical requirements.

If the size you need is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit voucher for future purchases. Since, every garment is crafted with care and delivered with the promise of luxury. 

Return Policy

✅ Eligibility for Return
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• In a resalable condition


📩 How to Initiate a Return
• Email us at [support@thelatestlabels.com] or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.


💳 Credit Note Issuance
• Once the return is received and quality-checked, a credit note equal to the value of the returned item will be issued.
• This credit note:
• Will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp
• Can be used on any future purchase from The Latest Labels
• Will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue


❌ Non-returnable Items
• Custom-made or altered garments
• Sale items or products marked final sale
• Accessories (unless damaged/defective)
• Clothes with visible stains Tags removed
• Swimwear

Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy Details:

1. Eligibility for Size Exchange:

  • Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Exchange Process:

  • For exchange, kindly mail us at: info@thelatestlabels.com
  • If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement in the desired size.
  • If the required size is unavailable, we will issue a credit voucher for the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees). The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Swimming Wear, Swimwear and Accessories are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Sale items or items purchased with discounts are also not eligible for exchanges.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-exchangeable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a size exchange, depending on availability.
  • For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping fees when exchanging an item for a different size.
Note: We do not offer refunds. Only credit notes are issued for eligible returns.
