Exchange Policy

At The Latest Labels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our products, we offer size exchanges only. If the size you need is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit voucher for future purchases. Please review the following details of our exchange policy.
Exchange Policy Details:

1. Eligibility for Size Exchange:

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Exchange Process:

Please click on exchange button on the order section and follow instructions.
If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement in the desired size.
If the required size is unavailable, we will issue a credit voucher for the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees). The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

Swimming Wear, Swimwear and Accessories are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Sale items or items purchased with discounts are also not eligible for exchanges.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-exchangeable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a size exchange, depending on availability.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees when exchanging an item for a different size.
